- You may hear from Apple TV a screen reader that is intended to help the visually impaired to navigate the menus. Turn VoiceOver on or off on your Apple TV - Apple Support
- You may hear a scene describing narrator during videos that support “Audio Descriptions (AD)”. Use audio descriptions on Apple TV - Apple Support. AD is a separate audio track, which can be changed during playback the same way as changing between languages.
You can change the default configuration for these in Settings﹥Accessibility﹥.
You may have accidentally activated one of these through the Accessibility Shortcut (triple-click Menu). One of these, or both of these, or none of these, can be activated and deactivated using the shortcut. You can change the shortcut to no functions (de-select all) to disable the shortcut.
