How do I make a Genius Bar reservation online?

— If this is for service, start here: Get Support and use Apple's triage system. They may determine that some action other than an appointment may be more appropriate.

— If this is a shopping appointment, find your Apple store in the "Sales" section of this page:

and use the store page to find what appointments are available.

Go to Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple and once you have gone through the according prompts and selected genius bar or the "Bring in for Repair option," insert your zip code accordingly which should then allow you to book the appointment at your local store.
