Adding unwanted space

When typing I get and automatic space after any punctuation. If I try to type a website it will auto add a space after period, if I try to type code and it has a bracket or a brace it will add a space. This causes me to incorrectly type website or even to enter formulas incorrectly. This is happening system wide.

I have Correct spelling automatically, and add period with double-space turned off. I do not have any conflicting text replacements. I cannot find a way to turn off the auto-space.
