Volume wont work on my apple remote

apple updated your remote firmware and messed it up... now we all have to sit and wait for the 3 trillion dollar company to fix it. 2022 and they still make silly mistakes even with all that money, all those people double checking everything... wow.

I went through that support article and none of the actions helped fix it. My volume control on the remote for our living room AppleTV suddenly stopped, I grabbed the apple remote from our bedroom AppleTV and it worked(!), but then 5 minutes later it stopped too. Now both remotes don't control IR volume in our Living room or in our Bedroom :(

One of the first things i tried….. DOESNT work, why would it? This is a firmware update issue.

Not going to work until they fix the firmware on the remote.
