A way to request a new watch face concept?

Is there a way to make a new-concept watch face? I have an idea that sort of combines digital and analog clock faces as well as sort of a progress bar-type thing. None of the faces available in the Watch app are customizable in the way that the time is actually shown, which is what I want to customize.

How to customize Apple Watch faces? Where is the official software for creating watch faces, or am I stuck having to pay a subscription for this? I've checked a few different ones, and most of them seem to have a monthly sub of 5$ a month, which I find insane for something like a watch face. Also, I'm seeing that every digital watch face has the clock on the top. Is it possible to center this? If not, I'll have to bring the watch back, as my OCD will never allow something like that!! Can you add new watch faces to your Apple Watch I’ve never had an Apple Watch and I’m curious can you change the faces by an app ad new ones other than what comes with them. Also what watch do I need to start with For my first one
