Every time i'm directed by an automated message to press a number prompt, like "1 for customer service" and then i press that number my phone automatically hangs up. What can i do about this??

We'd like to learn more to see how we can help with your iPhone disconnecting calls. Does this only happen when interacting with an automated system on phone calls with one specific phone number, or do you notice this with different phone numbers you're calling?
Does the screen of your iPhone respond to your touch as expected in other apps? Which exact iOS version is listed in Settings > General > About, next to Software Version?
