Always on display iWatch series 7

Hi there,

Is there any way to keep the watch phase on when I down the wrist?

I need to keep the phase (always on as it is) when I raise the wrist.

Wherever or whatever the position of my hand, I want the phase, when it's on, stays as it is all the time.

Is there any way to achieve that?
