PR showing different city other than my IP is in.

So is the private relay would not show me trying to log in from another city except for my own, correct? It should always be showing my IP address at my home?

Per the details in the Apple Support page visited:

"When Private Relay is enabled, your requests are sent through two separate, secure internet relays. Your IP address is visible to your network provider and to the first relay, which is operated by Apple. Your DNS records are encrypted, so neither party can see the address of the website you’re trying to visit. The second relay, which is operated by a third-party content provider, generates a temporary IP address, decrypts the name of the website you requested and connects you to the site"

So when it says ‘IP location’ should it have my city or another city. And if it is another city, how can I correct the error? Is someone connected to my account trying to steal my info? How can I stop it?

That doesn’t tell me what I asked at all. You didn’t even say the word ‘city’.

when I do a security check, log in pop up, is my “location” supposed to tell me the truth that my true location is my town/city or for safety reasons is it supposed to read a different town/city to throw off anyone that could be spying on on my account log in that I do t kno about? I didn’t ask about a site. At all. I don’t know how ur reply helps me at all. I’m talking about LOG IN LOCATION. Not what site attempt.

Where’s the button to choose Unhelpful answer? How do I let apple know the answer was NOT even close to what I asked. He sent me basically a copy of what is plainly stated on the Private Rely Page that I’ve already read the first day.
