Hi there can’t download apps from the App Store Won’t let me renew it or even download it I don’t know why can’t even edit or delete or verify can u please be the one to help me thank you

Try adding it again then delete the old copy, or add a proper payment card instead - the one that Paypal takes its money from maybe.
