No signal on iPhone 11

no signal on iphone 11when i go into setting and mobile data all i get is a blank screen no options was

ok before update.Any ideals

Resolve SOS Only issue after iOS 16.2 update Hi, Not sure if people were able to resolve this. I upgraded my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2 and suddenly my phone lost the ability to connect to mobile/carrier signal. It just shows "SOS" on the top. The list of options displayed in Settings -> Cellular also looks very different. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks,

i rang ee up and they told to do a full reset and there was no problem on their side . phone is not blacklisted as i have had it from new . after full reset phone with not activate from new start up . having a nightmare
