Kids messenger audio and call issues

Hi, my daughter constantly has issues with her kids messenger. The audio will stop working during a call, she has to end the call as she cannot hear the other person randomly. Also always has issues stating call didnt work. We have uninstaller numerous times and reset network settings but still have the issues.

Can’t allow video and microphone on kids messenger app My son cannot make calls on his kids messenger app. It’s saying I need to allow microphone and camera access but when I go into settings it doesn’t give me those options to add. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
