My visa which I used for payment is declined. I tried to remove it and change with new but, it doesn’t accept. Please advise

I want to change my payment method with new Visa card, but unfortunately it doesn’t change.

What happens when you try to add the new payment method? Error message(s)?

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -
