How can I upload files to the 50gb limit of icloud?

Export All of iCloud, Prior to the Upload:

If you wanted to, you could download all of iCloud to an external hard drive. Once downloaded, export what need be from the download to an external storage device (i..e. flash drive). About All of iCloud:

Seems to me you want to upload particular items. You said "I would like to backup some videos that are 15-25 gb in size". So, that is why downloading it all to iCloud is the way to go about this. You'd upload these items from the backup. Then, you'd have the rest of the item in your download. You'll ultimately have the only file that need be: the files you upload.
