How to find if my Apple Display is Thunderbolt 2

I have a Mac Mini late 2012 for some years and now I got an used Apple Display and a new Macbook Pro 16", and I need to know if my display is Thunderbolt 1 or 2 in order I can buy the correct adapter to connect it to the Macbook Pro USB-C. The only information I got was inside the Display System Preferences. I opened Color and clicked the button Open Profile, and in the last line I found "Apple display make and model information". Below that I could read the following:

Manufacturer: 00000610

Model: 00009227

Serial Number: 19130464

Manufacture Date: D17059FC

I don't know if this information is about the display that is connected to my Mini.

Any help?

Great!

You can be sure that is indeed a ThunderBolt-2 display, and not simply a Mini-DisplayPort display.

to connect to a MacBook Pro 16-in model with Thunderbolt-3 ports, use this:

Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter - Apple

This adapter support ONLY ThunderBolt displays, and no others, even with additional adapters added on the end.

ThunderBolt-1 and ThunderBolt-2 use EXACTLY the same cables and adapters, so that will not figure into this calculation.
