My daughter set up this thing call guided access and it locks out the phone so I can't access it from just here phone I've tried hard resetting it and plugging it in to iTunes but cant accept the prompt to do a full reset can any1 help

Otherwise, please explain more clearly what you mean, exactly what you see, what actions you took, etc.
I have done everything I was prompted to do. I've triple Tapped the center button to bring me to the password which to the point my daughter does not remember so I plugged the phone in to hard reset on iTunes but due to it being a new device on my computer it prompted me to accept but due do the screen being locked out I can't accept it to move forward with the hard reset and I've tried physically hard resetting it but no luck there but I'm guessing my only turn to is apple care
I've done it like I said she doesn't remember the password to get out of it
My daughter put her phone on guided access and forgot her phone is there any way to unlock it
