I just purchased a new iPad Air from Apple and am trading in an older iPad. I have followed the instructions to remove it from "Find My", however, the old iPad is still listed under "Manage Devices" in my account in the App Store and in Apple Music. The "remove" button is there, but grey and doesn't work. It is not in the list of My Devices on iCloud . How do I remove it from the App Store and Music?
