Unable to select "Global Address List" in contacts / Groups

My contacts show that I can connect to my company's global address list but when I check the box It does not work. How do I fix this issue? Apple support couldn't help me and refused to escalate the issue.

Question regarding lists on phone app when I open the phone app, there is a left arrow button called lists. When I push that a page comes up that shows “all contacts”, “all gmail” and “all iphone”. When I create a new contract from a recent phone call it only goes into “alll contacts”. however, when I sync my Deja office program, that grabs contact info that is in the “all iPhone “ list. Is there a way to when I add a contact for it to populate the “all iphone” list? Why are there 2 different ones. I want all my contacts to be on my iPhone. please help

Why does my iPhone say the contact name "or 2 others"? Why does my iPhone say the contact name "or 2 others". For instance, when my A calls me, it reads as "A or 2 others". To be clear, i have more than one account linked to my contact app, gmail contact, outlook contact,...etc. I don't see the "merge" option, and this is annoying, How can I get this to stop? Without sacrificing my linked contacts from more than one source?

You will have to contact your company IT department to resolve the problem. There’s nothing Apple (or the other users in this user forum) can do.
