why i can't watch movies any application

hello, yesterday I día update my apple tv, I upload disney and when i put the move i watch 1 minute and the my tv is black and i jus hear but i can't see nothing....

To be clear the latest version of TVOS is 15.5.1 so if that’s not what you have make sure to update to that first before testing again. Also, if possible to test using Apple TV Plus or a movie purchase as well.


Beyond that would be to do a reboot and then a reset. If all else fails contact Apple support.
