Outlook no longer synchronizes with IOS (OSX still works)

Due to a security update for mobile devices I can no longer access Work (Outlook) mail/Calender items on my Iphone. I can however, still access the data on my Macbook Pro with the OSX mail/Calender. Is there a way to synchonise these items with my iPhone?

GMail not marked read on computer after reading on iphone Ever since downloading the new IOS 16 on my iphone 14 pro I have been having email problems. I use the apple mail app to sync and access all my email accounts (multiple gmail). I can access my gmail account emails on the apple mail but after reading them I noticed that when I log into my one of my gmail accounts on my computer the emails that I previously read on my iphone with new IOS 16 are not marked as read but rather as unread. There is a synching issue between gmail and apple after this new IOS 16 release that is not sending the notification to the gmail servers that the emails have been read on iphone. Anyone have a solution for this?

Mac Calendar not syncing with Exchange on Ventura Just upgraded to Ventura. When I enter a calendar event in Mac Outlook is does NOT show up on my Mac calendar, but it does show up on my iPhone calendar immediately. Also, if I enter a calendar event on my Mac calendar and designate my Exchange calendar to put the event on, it does NOT show up on either my iPhone calendar OR the Outlook calendar on my Mac. I used to periodically get this happening on Monterey after a few days, but it fixes itself on a restart -- however, that is not case now, a restart of the Mac does not fix the problem. Mac Mail seems to be syncing just fine -- no issues with that, so there is something going on between the Mac apps and the Exchange server.
