bvn live app on iPad but not on Apple tv

I have the bvn live app dwonloaded on my iPads (both mini and 8th gen) However,

the same app is not available to download on my ATV+. Is there a difference between

Apple TV+ and iPad store?

The App Store indicates that the BVN Live app is only available for iPhone and iPad. It's up to the developer to decide what devices apps work on.

You may be able to use Airplay to view the app on your television.
