Numbers capability

Just wondering if Numbers under the newest OS X has the capability of working with a file; 7400 rows by 16 columns? or if I have to find a professional Spread Sheet app.

I know several years ago someone stated that Numbers 09 could not handle a 11,000X17 document and wonder if the new numbers has been updated.

Also, I just purchases, and it is in transit, a new iMac ($1699) and would also wonder if there was enough ram to handle that same document?
