During recent months my iPhone 12 mini, doesn't always give a Notification sound when receiving emails or What'sApp messages. I continually check the settings and sound volume etc. Some messages arrive late and I'm advised this is more a Network Provider issue, which of course their EE Tech Support denies. Based in S.E. UK
