TWO SIMILAR IPHONES; ONE WON'T CONNECT!

I have an iphone 11 Pro Max; highest spec. My wife has a "standard" 11.


Settings, carriers, are identical. Yet whenever we are out of our home country (Italy), the only way I can get connected is by using her phone as a hot spot.


What's going on? Anybody have a clue?

For your Internet connection.

  • Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
  • Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you


However --> Connect iPhone to the Internet - Apple Support
