is about 2 weeks that I bought an ipad wifi 125GB, but i want to change it to wifi and cellular 65GB. can i change it? I also think my ipad has a some problem.

Updating iOS and apps without WiFi In its current state iOS does not let you download system or apps updates without WiFi. With apps it is technically possible if you go through each app one by one and manually request it to update over cellular network but that is very buggy and cumbersome. Neither does it let you enable automatic updates over cellular. Limiting updates to WiFi might make sense in the United States which has poor cellular networks. But in Europe 4G and 5G is everywhere and you can get mobile internet with unlimited or very high GB limits. iOS should let users enable automatic iOS system and app updates over cellular networks.

Change WiFi during restore from iCloud? I tried to restore my new iPhone on the WiFi at the Verizon store but had to leave. I'm now home, and it's restoring using wireless data. How do I switch it to my home WiFi?

If you bought it directly from Apple, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. After that, you can’t.
