Hi, my airpods aren't charging. The case is 100% charged, but the airpods individually aren't getting charged. It's flashing green light 5 times, then amber light once and then no light at all. Sometimes no amber light also.
How can it be fixed?
I would first inspect the case for debris or corrosion and do the same for each individual Airpod. Check the metal ring around the tip of each ear piece.
