my phone is broken but still has warranty. would it be charged for repair in apple store?

If you just have a Limited Warranty (1-year Manufacturer Warranty) this does not cover accidental damages, such as yours. If you have AppleCare+ you will likely have a deductible to cover a replacement -- due to the damage on the housing, a screen replacement may not be an option. Further inspection would be required.

That is user damage. That is not covered under warranty. You will be charged something. If you have AppleCare+, that could be replaced by one of your accidental damage claims for a deductible.
