Pairing new Apple Watch 7 with my iPhone.

It looks simple but maybe I missed & provided wrong answer when pairing new Apple Watch 7 with my iPhone. I wanted to set up cellular plan for it. Don’t see the option to add cell using watch app on my iPhone. So I called Verizon. They wanted an IMID#. I don’t have one listed in mg settings on Watch or on phone app. I do have SEID but that didn’t seem to be what they wanted. Help? I can’t go to Verizon store for a few days so was hoping for a simple answer. Can live with the way it is for now though
