I forgot the answers to the security questions and I can't log into my account anymore. When I go to access, it displays the message that it is not possible to send information. Login, enter username and password.

I forgot the answers to the security questions and I can't log into my account anymore. When I go to access, it displays the message that it is not possible to send information.

Login, enter username and password. Then it shows me the message Apple requires two-factor authentication., and I click Continue. Afterwards, it shows me the Answer your security questions to continue screen.. But I can't remember and it doesn't show me any option to redeem.

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

Hello Eric Raiz,

Thank you. I followed the steps, but it presented me with the message: "Unable to reset security questions.

We don't have enough information to reset your security questions."

I've already talked to APPLE CHAT and they can't do anything until I know the answers to the questions.

Since enabling dual factor authentication I have no access.

Do you know of another way to retrieve these answers?
