Headphone volume on apple health

Is there an option to exclude Bluetooth from the headphone volume levels in apple health? My Bluetooth speaker throws my headphone volume tracking numbers out of whack.

Settings>Bluetooth. Fnd your speakers. Then, tap on the little "i" in a circle. Tap "Device Type". Select "Speaker". That should prevent it from being logged as headphones.

See this instructions on how to delete the data from the speaker out of the health app

Open the Health app on your iPhone.
From the Summary tab, tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Under the Privacy section, tap Devices.
Navigate to your Bluetooth headset on this list, tap on it, and choose 'Delete All Data from (headset name).
