Auto reply text

Can I request to have iPhone setup to auto reply to texts when we are out of town? My carrier won’t allow receiving texts without exorbitant fees.

IOS 15.6.1 This update has prevented texts between non iphones and my Iphone. Non Iphones on same carrier works, as does Iphone to Iphone regardless of carrier. I cannot communicate with emergency contact, and pharmacy texts did not come through regarding refill issues 😳 This is a very dangerous situation for myself and spouse. Tried all the “fixes”. Carriers all say it is an Apple issue. It started for us once we downloaded 15.6.1, so would recommend if you need to receive texts do not upgrade to this version!!!

Text auto reply for 1 line on dual sim iPhone My iPhone 14 Plus has a dual sim: 1 for business, other for personal. Would like to set up an auto reply to clients on the business line specifically for days I’m “closed” Running 16.6.1 iOS is this possible? Thanks!

Not receiving specific texts iPhone SE (2nd gen) I have an iPhone SE (2nd gen), and I don't seem to receive texts from taxi companies. I've tried toggling messages and MMS on and off, and my texts are kept forever. What else can I try?

Firstly, if you do not receive texts then there is no question of Auto Reply. However...

Auto Reply is currently available only while you are driving.
