iPhone 13 Pro camera not working properly

My iPhone 13 pro is suddenly saying it is unable to determine if my camera is a genuine Apple part? It is all the original parts that came with my phone which I’ve had for a year or so.

It sounds like you're seeing an alert about your camera. We can help.


If you're seeing this type of message, it could indicate either a repair had been completed using a third-party component, or that a hardware issue currently exists interfering with the device's ability to verify the authenticity of the camera component.


Is you have had the iPhone recently serviced, you may want to reach out to the service provider for more assistance, otherwise your best bet would be to Contact Apple for support and service.
