BACKUP LOCKED IPHONE

Hi! I cannot use my phone right now since it won't accept my passcode even though it's correct. I am 100% sure that I am entering the correct passcode. So, do you guys have any idea if I can backup my iphone 13 to icloud or itunes even though it's locked? I don't want to reset my phone to factory settings since I will lose all of my datas which is why I need your help if it's possible to backup my locked iphone so that I can just restore it when I erased my iphone data. Thank you in advance!

P.S. I can still open the apple ID that is associated with my iphone 13.

If it is locked you cannot take a backup.

If you are 100% sure the passcode is correct then you have 10 attempts.
