HomePod Mini's stuck on software update!

2 HomePod minis started having a problem "connecting to internet" tried troubleshooting. One forum said to make sure the software is updated. Attempted that and they are stuck updating for the past few hours! Does anyone know what to do?

We'd be happy to help out. Sounds like you're concerned about your HomePod mini still updating after the past few hours.


Depending on your network connection speed, this could be expected. As it states in the following resource, it could take awhile: Update HomePod - Apple Support


If the issue persists though, try restarting your modem and router, reset your HomePod and try again: Reset HomePod - Apple Support
