I can’t open any web page on my Apple Watch (series 7), when I search by siri

When you tap on the URL there at the top, do you have any options? Can you let us know if this happens when your companion iPhone is nearby? If your Apple Watch is a GPS + cellular model, does it happen when running your watch on cellular data? Has this worked for you previously?
If you haven’t already, we’d also like to have you restart both your Apple Watch and companion iPhone then test again.
How to restart your Apple Watch
1. Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
2. Drag the Power Off slider.
3. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger first. When your watch is charging, you can't restart it.
