Weird smudge lines across my screen on iMac 27"

I saw another post similar that is having this issue. Mine looks exactly the same. It's less than 3 years old. When I clean it using just water and microfiber cloth, these lines remain. They are only visible when the screen is off. This is a photo posted by another user, but mine looks very similar, just not as pronounced.

Tiny Pin holes on my MacBook Screen So recently I was wiping of the dusts on my screen and I noticed a really tiny holes. I thought it would be dust and wiped it. But it wouldn’t go . It’s indeed a hole as I can feel the depth. I got these 3 months ago and it’s the new MacBook Air M2. You can zoom into the picture and see it. Is there any solution?

My 2016 MBP has some of that but since I don't notice it unless it's turning off I just ignore it.
