I can receive SMS messages, but cannot send them. Just getting message errors/try again.

I am having no issue calling, receiving calls, sending/receiving iMessages, and can even receive SMS messages. However, after trying, a phone restart, networking setting reset, and SIM card cleaning, I cannot send SMS messages. So, anyone that's outside of iMessage cannot get my messages. I just get a try again error, and it will not proceed from there. Is there something else I should check?

Yup, once I called Verizon, they had to reset my SIM. Turns out the new update just didn't play nice with the old SIM card I was using.

The next step is to contact your cellular data provider as text message is their feature.
