Security code

i have just broken my iPhone. I claimed insurance ect. I have got my new phone. Apple’s new rules are that your old phone has to be handed to the delivery driver while he is delivering your new phone. I backed up my iPhone before I gave it to the driver. Everything downloaded to my new phone but I noticed I have no passwords. I went onto keychain and it says I have to put a code in to access my passwords. But I have forgotten my code, does anybody know a way to either find out the code. Or a way I can access my passwords. Thank you in advance
