Connect phone and tablet.
I play a game on my IPhone and I want to play the same game on my tablet, at the same level. How do I connect them?
When I download it to my tablet it starts from the first level.

It would be up to the developer of the game to provide a way to sync your game identity across both devices. Some developers use iCloud, some use Facebook (yuck), some have other options. Check the app settings.
