Authenticating User

While trying to set up my new iphone 12 mini, I keep getting stuck on the “Authenticate User” screen. It asks for my 5 digit billing zip code and the last 4 digits of the Primary Account Holder’s Social Security Number. So I fill in the info and there’s no button to continue. it just stays there with the number pad in the typing zone. I saw the continue button before I started typing but now it’s nowhere to be found. I have restarted the phone over and over and it keeps getting stuck here. How can I use my new phone?
