Why can’t I see emails older than 30 days in my iPhone 13 pro max?

iPad keeps messages indefinitely. New phone only keeps a month. How can I change this.

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Are the iCloud eMail messages you are referring to? If so, this seems to be a bug. I have seen this reported lots in the past few hours. So, report it to Apple. It may be a bug in their server --Something they have yet to fix. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they reeve on this, the more they'll know what bugs are occurring, and what needs to be fixed.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iCloud - Apple
  2. Select: "Mail" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that you are having issue with iCloud eMail. Include the URL of this post in your report.
  4. Proceed form there as necessary

  1. Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  2. If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
    1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
    2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
