Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Are the iCloud eMail messages you are referring to? If so, this seems to be a bug. I have seen this reported lots in the past few hours. So, report it to Apple. It may be a bug in their server --Something they have yet to fix. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they reeve on this, the more they'll know what bugs are occurring, and what needs to be fixed.
This is a pop account with no profiles. appreciate everyone’s thoughts on how to fix this problem. I needed an important email from my phone from early June, went to search for it and noticed that there was no email on my phone prior to June 21. I had to go get my iPad the emails are on my iPad. the set ups appear to be the same. appreciate any help
Unlike iMessages there are no time limit on email messages.
