My Apple TV

My apple tv is not up to date and not connected to the Wi-Fi. But I have lost my remote. I tried the apple tv remote app and it’s just stuck on connecting. We have another apple tv we use but it still doesn’t show it. Apple or someone, how can I fix this problem without buying anything?

iPhone 12, iOS 15
