My tv show episodes are all out of order with missing season names

Hey Spacebackpack,

From what we understand, there's a tv show that seasons and episodes are out of order on your Apple TV.  In order to help isolate this issue, do you have another Apple device? 

If so, we'd like for you to see if you're seeing the same thing on it. If the issue doesn't happen on a different Apple device, we have isolated it to the Apple TV.

Restarting has been known to help with software related issues. To restart your Apple TV, follow the steps here: Restart Apple TV.

If you continue to have the issue, update the software: Update Apple TV software. Updates not only include new features, they also include bug fixes.

If it happens with multiple devices, let us know which tv show you're experiencing this issue with.

Please also check for any pending iOS updates, on your iOS devices to help make sure the software is working as expected. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

See if you can filter the seasons to help make them appear normally, detailed here: Library in the Apple TV app - Apple Support

If the issue remains, does this only happen with the one TV show, or other shows as well?
