One airpod won’t hold charge

My left AirPod only holds a charge for about 30 minutes. It started yesterday. I charge it to 100%, at last 30 minutes, I charge it for about an hour. Last for 30 minutes. And repeat.

I purchased my AirPods about two, 2 1/2 months ago.

this is my third pair in a few years, I use them every day at work. My last two pairs have either gotten lost or broke. But they definitely still lasted a lot longer than these.

p.s. My right AirPod last half a day. I usually charge it around lunch, and it lasts the other half of the day
