unavailability of content in Ukraine

I'm from Ukraine. I have an account. However, recently movies and series are not playing, it constantly says that the content is not available in your country.

1. Please sign out of your account, then sign in again. That should refresh the region for the account to be as intended.
2. Verify that your ISP is supplying your router with an IP address whose geolocation points to the matching country or region.

Else the error message itself might be in error. If the issue persists, then I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).
