Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have purchased -"The Old Man" season 1 on Apple TV I have watched the first 6 episodes, but the latest -episode 7 shows up as available, but I am unable to stream it without being redirected to Hulu or FX to download the application and subscribe. Anyone knows what this might be about?

It seems that the iTunes Store copy of e7 hasn’t been been supplied to Apple’s servers at this time. Not sure if a few days difference is expected for this show, between first airing on network TV and VOD availability.

If you want, you can contact the iTunes Store staff, to ask what’s up, and if they can contact FX for the anticipated content.
It’s pretty much a refund situation at this point. Did anyone see the fine print saying we purchased a partial season, and needed to purchase another stream service providing the season finale for “Old Man”. I would imagine we’ll all be avoiding the purchase of an Apple TV season from another streaming production from here out. This is the worst purchase in Apple history, bar none. Who makes these decisions without full knowledge of the product it’s selling? Honestly, this is pathetic.
I've gotten two insulting email responses from Apple:
It's your problem. Call FX yourself if you're unhappy..
Nowhere do they accept responsibility for the defective product they sold me or indicate they're doing anything to make it right.
Almost unbelievable disdain for their customers.
Apple stop giving a **** when Steve died and Tim took over. It’s not Apple Computer it’s just Apple. They make phones. They’re beholden to their stockholders. Period. What serious innovation has there been since Tim took over? They’ve gone the same way as Adobe and Federal Express. Ever file a complaint with FedEx????
Glad I found this thread as I thought I was going nuts. I see that episode 7 is available on Prime Video, but not on Apple. Hopefully it's a mistake and will be corrected soon.

Wow, that's weird. I swear it available on Amazon Prime Video yesterday, but as was just pointed out, it's "currently unavailable" there as well, as of this moment (7-24-22, 8:38pm EDT)
Wow. Apple’s renunciation of all responsibility to its clients is no less than amazing.
Perhaps it’s time to contact iTunes sales and request a refund, nothing else will get their attention.
Actually I am having the same problem on Amazon Prime Video, which relays the message that "we will email you when this is available"

If you were a vendor to Apple Corp and you didn’t deliver a component they ordered, let alone paid for - you’d be kicked off their vendor list without warning. Doesn’t seem reciprocal here does it?
