Hello, I switched to iPhone after many years of only using Android phones. I am very happy with my iPhone 12, the only big problem I have (it just drives me crazy is the Back Arrow! This phone, although small, cannot be used with one hand! So I can press the Back Arrow back, you have to use the other hand too. Can't really find a solution?! At least move it from the top left, bottom left or bottom right! Seriously, do something with this Arrow!

iPhone 12, iOS 15

Hi georgian128,

Congratulations on making the switch to iPhone. This is a Community Forum full of customers like you. If you need help with anything, just come back and someone will lend a hand.

The keyboard can be setup to use one-handed (which justifies the keyboard to the far right or far left depending on which is more comfortable for you).

How to set up one-hand texting on your iPhone

  1. Open any app that uses the keyboard, such as messages
  2. Touch and hold the globe or emoji keyboard button
  3. Tap either the right handed or left handed layout, as indicated by the arrow to the side of the keyboard icon.
