Iphone reboot loop problem

I have been having an iphone reboot loop for a few hours now. When I searched how to fix, most resources say to use apple support to back up the phone, however my computer (iTunes) doesn't recognize my iPhone, since my iOS device cannot be turned on or unlocked because it is still on reboot loop. What do I do?
