Good day. Got a phone from a friend. Went on iTunes and load it with new version 15.6. Locked to previous owner. Not asking anything like username or password and can't connect to wifi.
Got all detail from previous owner.
But after removing from his find my iPhone and from his new iPhone still no luck. Any help will be appreciated.It is a iphone 12 128 gig

Seems you've been Scammed:
Best you can do is contact this "previous owner" and have him/her perform this: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your Mac - Apple Support. The seller should have known better
