How to change SIM cards?

Your phone is locked to AT&T in the US. You cannot use any SIM card other than an AT&T SIM card in that phone, unless you can get AT&T to unlock the phone. Here is how to do that→https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/. But note that you must have been an AT&T customer for 90 days before they will unlock it. So it’s likely that you can never use that phone.
